Had a good talk for my mid-year review

Need to improve on:
- building relationships
- not live in own world
- acknowledging and giving credit to the team and others
- got to observe protocol in interactions with seniors and bosses
- got to be more professional in communication
- greater awareness of environment and what works with working together with the team
- devil is in the details, details determine destiny, follow through to completion
- start from low level tasks, be humble to do everything
- take care of bosses by serving their needs in the little things

Gd comments:
- good attitude, positive outlook, enthusiastic
- work and catch fast
- have people to sharpen me (thru marcoms senior, anz sales director, SI lead)

Inspired that if my colleagues could be a 1-man show to do many things effectively (from marcoms, internal/external newsletter, events, strategic marketing planning) I can also grow to the same capacity
