In psychological survey done, its takes 10,000 hours of practise is requiered to achieve a level of mastery to be considered a world-class expert in anything. There are no naturals who float effortlessly to the top, there are none who work harder but yet didnt break top ranks. The thing that distinguishes is how hard he/she works. People at the top dont just work harder than everyone elese. They work much harder.
