Pst Kong said something that spoke to me about SMU mentor program

From the song lyrics it says
'the church i know stregthens the weak' - i think thats what mentor program is really abt, the strong helping the weak in studies, fulfilling cultural mandate in SMU, i wanna see the school impacted.

I need to build a leadership in SMU for this mentor program - its abt raising leaders who take ownership, now they all having exams but we really need to pray, plan and disciple ppl to prepare for the new term, i need to connect with them more, but its just 1 person = me, thats why i need a team of ppl - DEAR LORD, pls raise up the mentors in SMU

how do i galvanise the ppl to run with the vision? it takes influence and empowering them, cos at the end of the day, the mentors are volunteers and they do it because they believe in the same vision
