use me lord to be an INFLUENCE< not to benefit self but to ADD VALUE to others.

while it is true that some pple are born with greater natural gifts than others, the ability to LEAD is a collection of skills, nearly all of which can be learned and improved. leadership skills are not static, it can get better. WOW!

Thank you lord that God, we dont have to be where we are at today, God indeed we can be ALL the you want us to be. God i thank you that as we apply ourselves, we can mulitply our talents.
