had a fun TWC class on WED || Thursday, March 16, 2006 8:18 PM

wed's TWC class (TEch n world change for the uninitiated) was really fun...for the first time..time passed so quickly....
u know on tue I was rushing my assignment on Strategic innovation for Traditional CIrcus industry... and then in class.. prof took out this huge box of LEGO...can u believe it...can said...he wants us to build a model of our strategic innovation in groups...
wahhh... u should hav seen our faces..
anyway..it turned out real fun
our assignment was to come up with a strategic innovation, a product for the circus that would revolutionalise it to the industry and we were to PITCH it to angel investors (pple who are more of risk takers than even venture capitalists and want risky ventures) so we started building...after awhile i really got into the mood of it..was so funny...my hands were like itchy to build build build
so we came up with:
1. revolving 4 segment stage for 4 audiences to view a circus show concurrently....2000 seater, 500 on each side
2. 4 scenes of circus acts that were linked together into a storyline...
3. a lounge area for spectators to seat and chill b4 or after the performances to soak in the circus atmosphere..with buskers, fire eaters, jugglers etc..and food n beverage
4. tram for visitors to seat on...
and all build with LEGO...anyway. my group was voted the best design and strategic innovation..so happy...!! WOW
