god looks at the heart of the cell group

man looks at the outward appearance, but god looks at the heart (1 sam16:7)

if the heart of the cg members r good, then life abounds

if their hearts r set upon the things of god, then we become effective producers

roots of the entire tree causes fruit to be borne

the condition of the well produces the condition of water drawn from it

god sees the inner motives and hidden depths of the heart
